I read their wonderful reviews and am SO happy I found this place !! I only wish I knew about them…read moresooner when I needed a fridge last year. Tanisha and Alex are two of the most wonderful people I have ever met. Tanisha sent me pictures of washers they had on the floor with year made & prices, Alex came the next day to diagnose machine, ordered parts needed and when he came back to fix realized it still was not working and what it needed was not worth it , he didn't charge me for the parts he ordered, and said he had just picked up a machine he had on his truck, he gave me a GREAT price and said if anything went wrong with it he would find me one in his store , make sure it was perfect and swap it out and I would only pay the difference in price. I'm glad I took a chance on the one he had with him , he took my old one away got the "new" one in and I have been doing laundry since , I AM SO HAPPY ! AND I also know if anything goes wrong they will make it right and for a good price ! THANK YOU Alex & Tanisha I give you 10 stars for outstanding customer service, you have a new forever customer. I highly recommend Miss T's appliance store !!

I was looking for a replacement for my built-in Jenn-Air microwave. I wanted to match the oven that…read morewas previously installed. Unfortunately, it was a discontinued model. I found the model that I was looking for on display at Kees. When I requested a price, they quoted me a price of $2650. They told me that the MSRP was $3100 and that I was getting a discount of almost $500. Well, I had researched the price of this microwave before looking at local appliance stores. The MSRP was $2599 on the Jenn-Air website. Of course, since it was a discontinued model, it was no longer available. The floor model at Kees had a price tag of $2599 when I looked at it. When I called today for a price, they gave me the above quote of $2650. So Kees wanted $50 more than the MSRP on a discontinued floor model microwave. I would be very wary of making any purchases from this store. I find their business practice to be unethical.

Would definitely use Kees Appliance again.

The refrigerator was missing a shelf and another container. The next day we came back to buy a new cabinet and we seen three identical refrigerators put on the floor they had the shelves and the corner in them for the same price as the one I bought without the shelf and the container my wife grabbed a shelf and the container we went to the front and said that we would buy the shelf and the container even though the new refrigerators that were put out on the floor were $100 also. They refused to sell us the shelf and the container and we could not trade our generator that we had bought for the same price as the other three that were on the floor. I will never enter that building again the shaking of the heads and the spark between the girl at the counter and the man who was working on the floor smiling like a Cheshire cat shaking their head no I will never forget.
