I had a terrible experience with the store manager at the check-out. I believe his name is Mike, and he has ginger hair. He was by himself. I've dealt with him in the past, and never had a problem. This time was different. It started with my asking him to put his mask, which was covering only his chin, over his mouth and nose. To my surprise, he said no, he didn't have to, because the large glass shield separating his side from the customer side, was enough and he was more than six feet from me. I didn't agree because the shield did not totally separate us, he was breathing on my purchase and my change, and he should have respected and honored my request. But I didn't challenge him. Then, when with my purchase price of $35 plus change, I gave him two twenties, and said in a clear voice that I might have the change. I pulled out my change, but he had gone ahead and laid out four singles and his change, and said he already gave me what I was owed (meaning he wasn't going to do it my way). Then, one of the pennies in the change he gave me looked dirty and like it had been pounded many times with a hammer. I asked him if he could exchange it for another penny. He replied, "It's only a penny" -- again not accommodating me. As I was about to walk out the front door, I felt he hadn't treated me with the courtesy and respect I was owed as a polite customer, and thought I should let him know how I felt. I stopped and asked whether I could give him some feedback. Again to my surprise, he said, "No, I don't need it." I left the store vowing I would never do business there again. Since he's the manager, I can't complain to his supervisor about his horrible customer service behavior. I've given that establishment lots of business in the past, but won't anymore. I wish I could let the owner know how badly his manager can sometimes act. I felt very disrespected! read more

Watch out when you check out! We walked in on Valentine's Day, and bought three items. There was no tv screen to show the price when the cashier scanned each item, and she even didn't tell the total price before we swiped the card. And then she put the receipt inside the shopping bag right away. After we went out of the store I took a look at the receipt and I saw that for two of those items she had charged more than what the price tag showed! One item was $26.5 showed on the price tag and they charged &32, they other was $10.99 however they charged $12.99. And we went back to talk to them they tried to give us store credit for the difference, since we don't come there all the time and it was not our fault so we requested to give us cash back. So she voided the previous payment and processed the sale one more time. Ok and then she just corrected one item to $26.5 but still charged $12.99 for the other item which should be $10.99! We were really not that happy and had to go back inside one more time. After we left we realized maybe we were not the only customers who been charged extra for no reason. It's an adult store so people usually don't stay for too long and don't ask about the total price when check out, even don't check the receipt after purchase. And that's perhaps how they get extra money from customer by using this customer psychology. So be carful and double check when you buy something from this store! read more
