They installed the washer and dryer with no issues. We did have a problem with the microwave but they were very good about getting it fixed. I have been in the store and everyone is very pleasant to work with. We were also doing a fundraiser and we stopped back to ask for a donation from them. We were looking for a new bed. He educated (beducated as he put it) on the benefits of a good night rest. He asked us a lot of questions and showed us the ones that he thought would be best. He explained why he selected the mattresses he did. We tried out a few and ended up going with a Tempur-pedic. The price was a bit of a scare, Steve explained how when selecting a mattress, it is an investment in our health which made sense. After we were finished up, my wife and I chose the Cloud Elite with the movable base. We love our mattress. I would have never spent the money that we did without being explained why the investment is worth it the way Steve did. We are sleeping great. Thank you Steve. We will be back in to buy the sofa and recliner we talked about.

Quality brand names like La-Z-Boy, Flexsteel, Broyhill, Stressless Gallery Chairs by Ekornes, Simmons BeautyRest (all of which I understand they have exclusively) reassure me that the money I spend won't be thrown down the drain, and they stand behind what they sell. Worst customer service! Bought a kitchen table, it was scratched so they exchanged it, however,…read morethat one was scratched as well so it was their idea to have another one sent directly to the store so they could check it over before being delivered. We were never contacted when it was delivered to our local store. When we finally called and told it was there we then had to call the delivery company to actually schedule the delivery. The delivery day came and went with no table being delivered. When I called, I was told the computer showed we were doing the exchange at the store. Really??!! I still have not received the kitchen table we bought and paid for 2 months ago!!! The store is getting a bad reputation because of the customer service company they use. Overall, my experience with Jeff was excellent! My only caveat is that I was definitely unimpressed with the two delivery guys for the fridge (the guy who delivered the stove was wonderful, though!). Not only were they not in any hurry to arrive, unload, etc, but they were constantly talking about their nagging girlfriends. I couldn't wait to get them out of the house!
