I always get a price up front for work to be done and only pay that amount unless I was consulted during the job. When I hire Mike to do the job I know exactly what needs to be done and don't expect him to do anything except what he was hired to do. He has never replaced or repaired anything above what he was hired to do. If he comes across something above what was hired to do I always get a call or text to see if I want it fixed. If Mike ever took it upon himself to repair something that he wasn't hired to do he would never work for me again... So at this point Mike gets my highest recommendation!!!
