Enforcement of the rules can seem random and tedious. For example, Becker's rules and regulations do not allow installation of outdoor television antennas despite the Federal Communications Commission Over-the-Air Reception Devices ("OTARD") rule (47 C.F.R. Section 1.4000) which prohibits such restrictions - forcing residents to pay for expensive cable or satellite television reception! Lot rental can increase without warning. Beware!

My boyfriend and I bought a popup camper from them in February. We explained to them we were going…read moreto be living out of it and traveling out west in it all summer, and they assured us several times that they checked everything very thoroughly. Being a mom and pop kind of shop, we believed them. A bunch of things started going wrong with the camper about halfway through the summer, all of which we understood because it was an older Jayco model. However at the end of July the lift system broke, and when we opened the cupboard up where the one life arm lies we found an extremely mangled mess of steel. It was a problem bag had been happening slowly for years and did not happen overnight. Thankfully we are handy, so we fixed it ourselves for under $100, but it put us out almost a month in our tent, and tons of frustration. Had we not fixed it ourselves it would have cost $1000 or more from a professional. It is unfortunate we cannot trust even a ma and pop shop anymore. We paid them $2000 for a piece of junk that NOBODY looked over, or at least not very thoroughly, and were stranded in the middle of Montana for a month. Very disappointed. If you buy from here THOROUGHLY CHECK IT YOURSELF. Especially the lift system...why this wasn't checked on ours is beyond me. Additionally, we found out later in the summer that one of the tires was the wrong size and had caused it to be worn bare in one area, which then needed replaced. All around a big Rip off from Kelly Mobile!
