They listen to our specific needs and continually work to meet and exceed them. We had one caregiver we didn't feel was the best fit, and they changed her without an issue. What can I say, Hestia kept true to the things they promised in their caregiving commitment. RN Cheryl was always just a call away, if I needed her and she never failed me when I needed her the most - no matter the time. CNA's came in daily to help with daily hygiene. Yes, even on Sunday. Maybe the caregiver didn't show up, or didn't keep your loved one clean or properly fed. Maybe they left hazards lying around while they played on their phones or slept on the job? Well, if so, I understand because it happened to my family. That's when I thought--enough is enough! I realized I could take better care of my loved one than any revolving-door-caregiver sent from an agency. Once that was decided, I went to Alpenglow and they helped me above and beyond by: securing single caregivers, drivers, medical STAs. They trained them and equipped them with tech to track hours. They did all the billing to Medicare/Medicaid and secured payment for my caregivers. They even went one step further and advocated for my family to receive an increase in desperately needed additional hours as my loved one's case got more complicated. The agency never did that! They stayed stuck and only did a review of his needs once a year. So now, with Alpenglow's help, my brother has his one, personal caregiver. She's kind and responsive to his needs. We love her and never want to see her go. Yet, it is nice to know we are not at the mercy of an agency and that should we choose, we could fire our caregivers at any time if need be. Alpenglow put us back in the driver's seat of our care and we so appreciate that. The Missoula office, run by Tali, is just great. She was so patient with all my questions.
