My request: Hello Adam, this is xxxxx, xxxxx wife. I'll need you to send me an invoice with the information you texted my husband showing your name and address and phone number. I also need a copy of the receipt for the control box for proof of purchase and any warranty. I'll require this for my accountant. Please email it to xxxxxx Thank you His response: Any warranty for this work is for timer box any issues and box faults. Timer box was purchased on my account and ur husband was aware of price for it I explained to him we could buy one online and wait for it to come in for cheaper r buy at just sprinklers and pay the 350$ for it so it was purchased not sure what u meant by or off of purchase I did buy it .Also so your aware I told ur husband when I first got there we should change box out that I thought it was miss communicating.we sat there for 7 hrs chasing issues down flushing valves and changing manifolds out and checking each zone for issues and locations. Also your husband told me zone 11 was a capped off zone and he had us going through zones over n over to locate the sprinklers by the east side fence .well east side fence was zone 11 he told me was capped off and didn't work but does work we found out after I went through each zone 10 times and checked for leaks all over yard to make sure those sprinklers didn't have a break somewhere .I hope this explains stuff to where your satisfied with the work we did . Thanks Also mama I will not take on any other work from you guys . My response: Wow! All this just to answer my simple request!? Side note: Well maybe it was a one off? I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. But I sure don't appreciate being spoken to like that, very unprofessional.

Sprinklers for grass were OK, but 3 grass zones received new valves as well. I got 3 other quotes. What started out as putting in a pressure regulator valve turned in to needing a whole new water line from the meter to the house. These guys worked their butts off for two and a half days and they were able to use our original galvanized pipe to insert new pipe inside it. The crud buildup in the galvanized pipe was unbelievable but Joe, Brian and Jacob were persistent in their effort to allow us to use the old pipe rather than tear up the yard AND driveway installing a new water line. Professional and Hard Working!!! I was expecting them to rip my head off when it came time for the bill, but was pleasantly surprised with the price. If we ever need a plumber Carroll Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is the only call we will make. Thanks Guys

When they installed the new furnace - yeah, the old one was completely done, really old and we knew it had to be replaced - there was a problem we found after they were done. The great thing was that they came back right away and fixed the problem and didn't try to charge us - kinda sad that backing up your work is a reason for ecstatic recommendations, but there it is. This weekend with the gas leak (unrelated to the furnace) these guys have been great - they identified the problems, did the work and kept me updated with what they were doing, when the permits were pulled, and how long it would take to get inspected. I hope we don't have anymore problems in the near future, but will definitely keep using these guys.
