There is a "Geldautomat" ("ATM" for Americans, "cash point" for others) in the lobby. A few minutes later, I've withdrawn a bunch of Euros from my checking account at a reasonable exchange rate. The machine worked fine and does have an "English" button that makes it a bit easier. Decent security in a lobby area so that you can see there isn't anyone standing right over you so that you can put your money away before stepping onwards.
