I hired them to kill termites on my office building. The sidewalk goes up to the edge of the…read morebuilding, so I assumed that they would drill holes and chemically treat the termites. After I had hired them, They said "they don't do that". They don't drill holes, they only put out bait stations and they can't put them in areas that are paved. I had to hire Terminix to drill holes and kill the termites, so now I am paying both companies for their services. NSPC is coming out to remove the bait stations from the ground and take THEIR stations back. Nope
