They let us take many photos, and Raquel even offered to take photos of our family together. My kiddo received his "first haircut" certificate at the end with a snip of hair, making his first experience very special and memorable. We were going from long to short so I was figuring out the style we liked as we went along, but Raquel was extremely patient and open to feedback. The cut was slightly choppy in parts as I felt a longer sized blade could've been used on top for a smoother fade, but it wasn't egregious and the hair was styled so I didn't really notice until I got home. Next time I will bring a photo as an illustration. Do tell her what you like and don't like so she can fix it there. We called to make an appointment - it was easy and they were able to accommodate us the same morning. The owner is very friendly. The store is clean, with three vehicle seats in the front for smaller kids (each decorated with a different theme), and regular barber stations in the back. There are a few displays of toys, cars, and hair accessories available for purchase.

The front of the place was has 2 seats for toddlers while the backroom was for the older kids. The place was clean and warm for the winter months so you don't have to worry about your child being cold taking off an extra layer the cut. It was such a good experience and they saved a lock of his hair with a certificate for him as his first hair cut experience. I came on Sunday which provided ample parking and the haircut lasted about 20 mins. The only reason for the four star is because the price is a little steep for a toddler cut ($34)...but it's not like I'll come every week for a cut. Definitely recommend this place and Sarah.
