Spa Savoir Faire is the most incredible hidden gem you will find in New Orleans, and one of the…read morebest spas I've been to in the WORLD! Danielle, the owner, is an extremely talented esthetician who is friendly, welcoming, and has a magical touch. I love this place so much that every time I've visited New Orleans since moving away, booking a facial with Danielle is the first thing I do after purchasing my flights. The business itself is located on Freret where parking is ample on the main or side streets during most hours. The business is clean, with refreshments offered immediately upon walking in. Personally, I have only received facials but I know from first hand testimony by friends that their massages are just as incredible. The facials are accompanied by a full suite of Yonka products which are deliciously fragrant but gentle on the skin. Danielle is great at finding the perfect combination to make your skin looking the best it ever has by the time your treatment is over. I love this place so much I hand out business cards to anyone who compliments my skin when I'm in town. You absolutely will not regret giving this place a try.

I chose it with the hope of this and was not disappointed. My Micropeel facial with Hilary was just what I needed after a long busy summer in the heat. My eyebrows were tidied and tinted. I was cleansed and restored and silver screen ready. I was glowing and still am a week later. A massage with Cezanne followed. She really worked on my aching hip and gave it a good seeing to. She really put the T in therapeutic. I bounced out of the salon with a spring in my step ready to hike to Columns for cocktails. We come to NOLA a couple of times a year and this will be my treat to myself (with full endorsement from hubby) every time.

When you wake up achey, it might be time for a massage. I love that this spot offers fully online…read morebooking and that they have services on Sunday! I was able to schedule less than 24 hours in advance (only 1 spot left) and I am so glad I did. My massage therapist was Jackie and she found all the knots and while I thought I was not that bad off, her work proved that I was wrong. Payment was easy online as was the booking. The location is a former home on Magazine Street that does have steps to make it inside, in case that's a challenge for some.

I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Amy and it was incredible. She was methodical and meticulous during the massage including checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay and if there were any adjustments that needed to be made. The massage also included some face rolling with a chilled guasha tools I wasn't expecting it but it felt so nice. I ended up buying one after the massage because I loved how it felt and wanted to incorporate it into my routine. New Orleans has become a regular trip for me so whenever I come back I'll have to book another massage with Amy. Regarding parking, I'm not sure. I took an Uber there. It is on Magazine Street so I think parking may be limited but it's easy to get to with a ride share.
