Ahmed did a great job of capturing our engagement party in July. The pictures came out beautiful and the video was fun to watch. He was patient with our families and all of the chaos that comes with big, Indian functions. We had to make some last minute changes due to the weather, but he was accommodating and worked with us to get our couple portraits in. We got our pictures 2 weeks after the event and videos about 6 weeks after. He's prompt with emails -- you'll get a response within 24 hours. If it's something more urgent, texting him is the better option. I would definitely work with him again in the future. read more

I hired AA Creation to be my videographer on 21- 22 Sep 201.. However, my husband and I are upset about this since we have yet to hear from Ahmed or get our videos as promised numerous times. People who use him should be aware, you will NOT get your videos back no matter how much you follow up with Ahmed. He only wants a down payment and a payment for shooting the video. He doesn't want the full payment because he won't edit the work. Brides please save your sanity, time and energy to look for another videographer. Ahmed's lack of communication and failure to keep his word is disgusting. I discovered this when I tried to get my wedding video. On 3 Dec 2012, Ahmed had everything he needed to edit our videos. I would like to think I am a dream client. I left everything to Ahmed choice of music, how to edit it, etc. This way he would us his full imagination. I find it hard to tell a videographer with a vision to do my vision when he shot the video to edit in his way. I am very frustrated with the lack of communication from Ahmed. He is very hard to get a hold of. I have to email him multiple times in Oct 2013 and have yet to get a firm date on when we will be receiving edits of our wedding video. Given that the video are almost done since Feb 2013, I don't know why it is still taking so long to complete. I don't understand what kind of business does not respond to emails and how Ahmed does not clear his voicemails, since it's always FULL. At this point, I feel that he is avoiding me because he could not have booked clients for summer events without them emailing him or calling him. If anyone wants to use AA Creation to shoot their wedding, I suggest that you are really careful and go with someone else. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! I have been waiting a long time to write this because I was hoping Ahmed and Mehreen would do something to fix the situation. I got married almost 3 years ago, in 2012. My photos and video were both HORRIBLE quality and angles. I can't even begin to explain how upset and disappointed I was with this photographer. We used them for our wedding and reception. I had seen some of their work for people's weddings and on their website. But maybe that is only if you get the most expensive package. I felt very discriminated against just because I did not get the highest level package that they offer. Here are some the reasons I had a horrible experience: -worst picture quality, my mehndi (henna night) pictures ,which were done by an amateur, turned out 10 times better -Reception photos were VERY bright, while wedding photos were way too dark -no artistic touches to wedding pictures at all (poses, lighting, background, etc.) -NEVER returns phone calls/emails/texts -Ahmed and Mehreen would blame each other for a mistake and I would be bounced from one person to the other -On my contract it stated 'cinema' style videography. When the video came back and was definitely NOT cinema style, I was told by Mehreen and Ahmed that this was a mistake and that they did not even bring the lens with them! The whole time I was under the impression that I was getting what was on the contract. Now they said they would make me a highlights video to make up for my 'disappointment'. Never received it and as of today, have not gotten a response to my numerous texts and phone calls about this. Also was told that I could have an event photographed for free. To be honest, I'd rather just pay someone else than have them photograph anything for me again, free or not. These promises meant nothing if they weren't actually going to do anything about it. I don't even want anything they make for me anymore because it's probably going to be done poorly anyway. If you want your wedding photos and video to be hidden away in some dark corner of your garage, please go with AA Creations. I've had to do over 10 hours of self-editing just to get some decent pictures to send to family and friends. I've considered sending my video to someone else to redo if they can but it'll cost me a lot. Don't really know what else to do except spread the word that these people are so unorganized and unprofessional. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. He was one of the few vendors that I didn't have to worry about at all. I knew he would show up and get the job done professionally. Ahmed (AA Creation) was the WORST vendor that we hired for our wedding. Please read through this entire review and other similar reviews before hiring him for your wedding. It's been almost a YEAR AND HALF and we still have not received our wedding video. Ahmed provided a scrappy edit of the highlight reel and the long form video a few weeks after our wedding, we provided our comments, and Ahmed kept saying he'll have it done soon, he'll have it done soon and we haven't seen anything in over a year and half. It's so very disappointing as our entire family is waiting to see our video and we don't have anything to share. I've asked for the raw files or even just the scrappy edit as is and Ahmed hasn't responded yet. Just got the wedding photos - they DO NOT disappoint. It is not like there are only 2-3 really amazing/classic shots. It is more like 25 (and another 30-40 really, really good shots). The wedding was super stressful because it was delayed by an hour and a half due to our decorator. Looking back at the photos, we were so happy to see our family smiling, dancing, and really having a good time despite the delay. Ahmed REALLY went way beyond what was necessary to take amazing pictures (he captured all of the big stuff and even some tender moments that you would really have to look for) and he got the photos to us surprisingly quickly considering how busy he has been. As far as choosing a wedding photographer, this is seriously a no-brainer, regardless of what kind of ceremony you are having (American, Indian, or other). Go with AA Creations for excellent customer service, even better photographs, and very reasonable rates considering the quality of the photos. Everyone who has seen the photos is truly impressed (seriously look at the blog to judge for yourself). In short, I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with AA Creations. Shop around, get the names of other people and ask to see their work product (like we did). My family and I hired AAcreation to cover my wedding events last Summer. AAcreation shot my wedding from start to finish. We hired them for three events to cover photography and video of my traditional Pakistani Muslim wedding, they covered my Nikah (ceremony), Mehndi (henna party) and Shaadi (wedding reception) at various locations all over LA from Pasadena to the Sheraton Disneyland Resort. Ahmed and his team were phenomenal. This man is THOROUGH, he knows what he's doing and he does it well. We had a meeting before the wedding to go over the logistics, timing, and every last detail that needed to be covered. It takes a lot for someone as organized as me to be relaxed in a high stress situation, especially my own wedding, but the videography and photography was one thing I did not have to worry about at any of my events. Ahmed and his team were always on-time to my events if not a half hour early most of the time. Everyone on his staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. They are very prompt at returning e-mails and phone calls, even after-hours. To sum it up they are very professional and good at what they do. Also, a note to orthodox Muslim brides who wear Hijab or have their reception with males and females seated separately, AAcreation is the right company for you. I was provided with male and female photographers and videographers to respectfully cover all of my events, and even down to the editing of my video and images was done by females. It was such a comfort to work with a company that understands your culture, and respects your beliefs and works with you in a way that is right for your needs. No two weddings are the same and I really feel AAcreation went out of their way to accommodate me for my wishes and I did not have to compromise the way I wanted to have my event or the quality of photography and videography coverage to do so. For that I am very grateful and AAcreation comes highly recommended by me. They were very quick at getting me back my images and wedding DVD's and I feel like I'm reliving my wedding every time I look at the images. Used him for our wedding a while ago and was nothing but disappointment. We have so many pics and 80% of them are not quality pics. Most of them are just random weird pics and no professional pics taken. None of my family members have liked the quality of pics as well. Our iphones have taken similar if not better pics in most moments during the wedding. For a business to succeed and get a referral, there has to be something above and beyond but we felt there was nothing close to going the extra mile...both of us are very upset and I regret the whole thing...would advise anyone to pay extra and hire someone else more professional. How can I rate higher than 5 stars?! I don't know why anyone would write anything other than 5 star reviews! I just recently had my wedding this past May, and I've always thought of having a great photographer as the one of the most important parts of the wedding, besides having the perfect dress, jewelry hair etc. The Photographs are what stays and augments your memory of that special day. I cannot be happier that my husband reached out to AAcreation Photography. They were beyond great. The photographer immediately made me and my husband feel comfortable as our pictures were being taken. He had an eye for different backgrounds and we were able to take both traditional and modern type pictures for our photoshoot before the reception. I forgot to mention in my review that if anyone decides to hire AA Creation, please clearly state deadlines in your contract(deadline for when you expect your videos and pictures). Please be careful about this because the contract does not actually include a date and it might be something that you have to add yourself to the contract. Please read the contract properly and add anything that you find missing in it, including dates for when you expect your things delivered.
