When I wrecked my car one night, I needed it fixed asap and didn't want to pay thousands at a auto…read morerepair shop, so I called up PNW fab and auto the next morning and got a response immediately. He was available to help same day, helped me identify and get all the parts I needed. He managed to get it all fixed and put together within 4 hours and I was able to drive it away right after to get the body work done. For reference, my entire passenger side was totaled. The sway bar link- snapped, CV axle-snapped, and the control arm- snapped.

I broke a shock mount on my 94 YJ and ordered new ones. Most shops couldn't get me in till…read moreNovember. Saw this PNW Fabrication and Auto called and left a message. He called within 5 min. Said he could get me in on Monday (9-27). I was thrilled. Got there, showed him the parts, explained how it happened. He said cool, easy job, $200-$250. I said thanks and left. He called and said he ran out of gas and it would be one hour longer. No worries. He calls and tells me it's done. I get it and he askes for $300. 50 more? ok but this better be good. I get on the freeway and am bouncing friggen everywhere. I get home and look underneath and see he welded them at a 90* angle. My shocks are completely compressed, unable to move. I texted him the next day, saying how bad the job was done, and he offered to fix it on his dime. then and a couple hours later he texted me saying it's not his fault. I didn't specify what I wanted. Well I didn't want them welded to my hood either, at least he didn't do that. His welds are good. His thought process is bad. It's obvious why he doesn't work for a company. No critical thinking skills (you have to have to be a good mechanic/ welder) If you need two pieces of metal welded together that seems brainless, this is your guy. If a little thought and/or imagination is needed, go to a REAL shop.
