After picking them up and going through the taxes, my husband noticed his W2 was not entered. We immediately called the tax consultant and informed her of this error. She admitted it was her mistake and would have to issue an amended to IRS after we receive our refund because she had already submitted them. We would also have to pay $1900 back to IRS. I requested a refund of our $347 since the error was done by her and we found it. She requested a refund from District Manager, Lynn Eagle. I just spoke to Lynn Eagle who informed me we would be receiving a $25 refund for the error.Terrible service! I would recommend you go elsewhere for your taxes.

This man is rude and unprofessional. Get ready for a bait and switch too. My boyfriend was referred…read moreto him from a dealership and was given an awesome insurance quote! This guy went on and on about how he's been in business 30 years and only works with dealerships. He spent about 15 minutes bragging about himself. He also forgot to mention to my boyfriend that the quote wasn't finalized as he hadn't run his license yet. Once he reluctantly did that, wouldn't you know the quote went up quite a bit. He then fed him some crap about not being able to insure him at a good rate until he's been with his current policy 6 months. Well, about a month later, he called my boyfriend and they spoke for a while and he repeated his line of "I've been doing this 30 years" and what not. He once again gives my boyfriend a quote he can't say no to! It was unbelievable and my boyfriend was ecstatic to save that much money! Jeff tells him to get a letter from his other insurance company stating he was there 6 months. My boyfriend got this letter and canceled his car insurance. He calls Jeff who is suddenly not returning calls as fast as usual. They finally speak and he then tells my boyfriend an entirely different amount than previously stated. My boyfriend questions him about why he would do this to him...again and Jeff then became very unprofessional! He said he has plenty of other business and doesn't need my boyfriend's business, among other things. He even sent my boyfriend an email that said: "you wasted my time." If you want to do business with a total sleaze who does nothing but brag about himself and feed you bullshit lines then this is your guy! He is dishonest, rude and very unprofessional!!

He is very personable and will talk to you while he is preparing your tax return and before you know it he is done; without feeling like he rushed through to get to the next appointment like I feel at some of the larger tax filing places. I also like supporting a local family business instead of going to one of those places where the people just have to take a couple of classes and then they can file returns.
