What impresses me the most year after year, is the fact that James will call to talk with me about my policies every 8 months or so, to see if anything has changed. Rebecca at Preferred is the BEST! Last year I had been shopping around on my own for new insurance (what a headache) when finally someone recommended I use an agent and passed along the name of Rebecca at Preferred. I was doubtful that she could do better than my own scouring. Boy was I wrong!! She turned what was a HUGE annoying process into a time and money saving task by doing the leg work for me.
