Important information is left out on phone conversations and when an issue arise they insist you were told. Dr. Bilchik seems too busy with other commitments to truly care about her patients. I once took time off to go to an apt and showed up when she was leaving in a limo and the office staff said they tried calling to reschedule but couldnt get a hold of me. This was the excuse I got alot and I keep giving my number . I would not recommend this practice or if you have no choice go to Denise Mcgrath.

I am not sure why it began, maybe my sedentary lifestyle, an old car accident or just age, but I can say without a doubt that I have never felt relief until I started to see Dr. Innaimo. I have received chiro care at another facility, but this experience has been different in so many ways. The care and concern with which patients are treated is, in my opinion, rare. Luckily for me, they are very close in proximity to my employer. Though they have limited office hours, it is very easy to schedule an appointment because there are three or four treatment rooms. Marc does my acupuncture. I carry all my tension in my upper back, particularly my trapezius muscle. He knows exactly were to insert the needles without me telling him my life story. Leslie does my gua sha treatment. Her calm, knowledgeable demeanor always makes me more relaxed. We bonded over the fact we are former ballet dancers. I went there four times late November/early December. Even with those treatments, people started to notice that I was starting to look more relaxed. I can't wait for my money to be deposited to my HSA account so I can schedule my next appointments. I always look forward to going there.
