    I tried to give them a zero star but 1 star was as low as I could go. I have a dishwasher that was…read morenot cleaning very well all of a sudden. They came out and told me it was the heater on the dishwasher (the most expensive part) and that it would cost $500. It is a Bosch dishwasher and decided to go ahead with the fix. They came back out 2 days later and replaced the heater. It still had the same problem. They came back out and said it was a bad part so they reordered. they came back out 2 days later and replaced it again. Still had the same problem! They came back out and got a different tech on the phone who said right away it was the valve. They said they would cover the valve free and fixed it. The valve is a $66 dollar part! I could have bought it for $30 at Amazon. DO NOT use these guys unless you like to over pay!

    Called for an ice maker repair on a Wednesday. I believe a call center handles their scheduling…read more The scheduling was a breeze and I was set to have an appointment 2 days later on Friday . The technicians came out on time, were nice, friendly, and professional. They diagnosed the problem and stated they'd order the part and call to schedule when the part came in. The following Tuesday, the call center called and stated the part was in and they'd be out the next day which was Wednesday to install it and get the ice maker working again. The following day, they responded again on time, installed the part and I paid for the repair which was $289 for a 9 year old refrigerator that was $850 brand new. I paid the piper and was told I'd have ice in 24 hours. 24 hours later on Thursday, no ice. Not even a sign of ice cometh. I called back, told the call center, and they scheduled the technician back out the next day, Friday. The same technician responded, examined the ice maker and informed us ice was on its way, it just needed a little more time. Through the weekend, still no ice. Called first thing Monday and the technician ordered another part and stated we would owe them another $189 for the new part. While awaiting this part, I received an unsolicited survey in my email from the corporate company. I filled it out honestly, pretty much stating I was unhappy. This part came in and on Wednesday (2 weeks from original call and 2 weeks without ice) the technician installed it, and 24 hours later I finally had ice. The technician mentioned my unsatisfactory review, I'm guessing their franchise must have received some heat from corporate because we were not charged the second time. That's why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. They were clean and professional, plus the corporate office does take their customers satisfaction into consideration and makes things right without having to complain.
