I called Wednesday early evening to pay my daughter's bill with a debt card. I was told they didn't take debt cards on that late of overdue it was cash only. So Wednesday we try and figure out how to get my daughter cash since she is in Arkansas and I'm in Iowa. Friday we finally got it all figured out only to find out Thursday it went to auction. I would give a zero if possible, raised rent 4 times in last 2 years, gate broke and wasn't fixed for 5 months and when I left, they didn't return my cleaning deposit even though I left unit spotless, crooks! read more

I've rented a unit from this storage facility for years. The rules and office hours are explained clearly when you rent. The manager is a no nonsense business person. As long as you remember the rules and pay your fee, you will be treated kindly. She even worked with us when my father-in law had open heart surgery in Houston. We were there for a month and missed a payment. We kept her informed about our situation and she was very understanding. She allowed us to pay our balance when we got home. I have had a storage unit for over two years with Aaa storage in Fort Smith on N. 58th St. the company was sold to someone else this morning I go in to pay my monthly fee and I am here with you have to nail pay for renters insurance the manager I assume she is the manager Proceeded to tell me that I couldn't even pay my rent without paying for renters insurance as well I did not ever receive a 30 day notice on this new role with this new company I told her that and she didn't give two damn shits she claims she mailed a letter I did not get it I did not receive my notice and she was basically holding my things hostage until I paid the note which I understand because I was there to pay my note but then was holding my stuff hostage until I paid the renters insurance and signed the document and could not even get into my unit until I forcefully signed The document for renters insurance so beware be very aware these people are no more than common criminals and they operate as such I know from my experience as a manager that I did for 12 years that you have got to give residents notice of any and all changes to rules and regulations or additions to fees or rent she failed to do this and was holding my things hostage until I paid the renters insurance so just beware this is not by any means a good company to rent from and I'll tell you now the renters insurance is not a lot of money I had to pay it to get into my own unit but I can also tell you something else I can rent a storage unit right here in Fianna Hills for $36 a month and no renters insurance and that's exactly what I'm gonna do about a week before the end of the month I will have my things out of that unit they won't get another penny from me and this is after over two years of making payments and never being late this is how they treat their tenets thank you read more
