They patched and painted from the inside and since they had their ladder out we went ahead and had them paint the whole living room, dining room, bathroom, and office. The whole process took about a week. We have high vaulted ceilings and a lot of square footage so I was really nervous about picking 5 colors with only a few days to decide. I went down to Sherwin myself because of the crunch time and met with Paka's associate at herwin and thank goodness, she was so helpful. I ended up picking 4 colors and making my own(you can do that) for the main fill color. At times I could see some things looked unfinished like the patch work and the edges but just be patient because they cleaned it all up really nice. I added a bunch of stuff last minute too, you know, like a small demo(I know, I'm terrible), and they still accommodated my needs and got it done quickly. As a realtor I'm very picky about recommending contractors but they did a great job for us personally aaaaand they're licensed, bonded, and insured but please verify for yourself. Will definitely have more work for them. Very impressed.

Jeherard has been a god send during this very stressful time of dealing with the damage and lack of communication and acknowledgement with the insurance company. He goes above and beyond and has helped in anyway possible, communicating with the insurance company on our behalf trying to help us get our claims covered and gives us updates. He is always there when I need him and answers with an immediate text or a phone call. Even if his company finished reroofing our house today he said he will continue to help us with trying to get our claims settled and to recover the expense. Jeherard also helped us with our solar and that REALLY lessened the stress with the project and everything going on. HHR's crew were prompt, very hard working and left the area around our house cleaner than it was prior to the reroof. We are loving our new roof and they did a REALLY good job.
