Daniel is the owner and will work with you, as you know finances are tight for just about everyone these days, we'd been without a working septic for weeks. I had been told that Franks Septic had several big jobs at the time I called, not to count on any field work being done till early next month, we'll, Daniel made certain to get out here between jobs and repair the main leach line, bring in dirt, rocks and paper for getting the entire job done correctly the first time around. What id thought would take a few days they had it done in just less than two hours. Amazing. Its almost 100 degrees mind you. The owner doesn't have to do this kind of work but he knew we were showering outside with a bucket and took care to ensure we could shower regularly now! We had Daniel (the owner, as there's two Daniel's that work within the company) and Gideon working out here to get things up and running. Both Daniel s and the other employees are passionate about what they do and take the time to explain every detail. Id been told I needed a part in the past via another company but when I asked Daniel he said he'd check the system, he showed me where I had that part already installed so there was no need to put in another one.
