The truck advertised its burger, but because of the heat, we wanted something a little lighter than a burger. And because the name included Mississippi we thought a fish & seafood option would be best. We waited 45 minutes after placing our order to get our food. Because we do family style eating, we rotated waiting. We were able to get food from 2 other trucks while waiting for our fish plate & they had lines too. In the heat of the day, a 45 minute wait is too long. The food was served hot, beautifully fried and the golden color had others coming over to check it out and ask about the taste. For the asking, they had condiments that included ketchup, tartar sauce & hot sauce. The shrimp were great. They were large, not overly seasoned, but were crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. Everyone loves a tater tot & there were plenty to share. They were good, perfectly cooked and easy to dip. The catfish was thinly filleted, but overly fried for a piece so thin. The fish was muddy but well seasoned, but too crispy to really enjoy. I'd give them a 2nd try based on the shrimp, but I'm not willing to wait 45 minutes.

About 9 months ago I got a rear tire and a tube and have them installed at this place, they ordered…read morethe tube and tire it took a week and a half and it turned out it was the wrong one it was for a front tire but they said they could still mount it on the rear if they turned it around and had it run the other way. I needed the tire so they did that and it's been okay there are the only place in town that installs tires on motorcycles I went in today and they said they no longer install them on anything but Yamahas. The manager told me that it's been that way for 2 years and I told her no I had one installed here just 9 months ago and then I finally got it out of her that well it's our mechanic he says he will not do anything but Yamahas because he doesn't know the torque specs I said I could bring in the service manual for my bike and she said no that doesn't matter he will only do it if I bring the rim in off of the bike and I am disabled and cannot do that the fact that she lied to me was bad enough but I will never go there again. When she said he would not work on anything but Yamahas I told her then I would fire him and she looked at me and I said I'm sorry if you think I'm being an ass and she said well you are. So besides from being a liar she's also very disrespectful and shouldn't be in the service business. They also sell used bikes there how do they put tires on those I guess they just don't want the business so stay away from this place.is my advice.
