I have had a septic tank issues since March of 2020. Peaks determined that my field drains were in…read moreneed of replacement. However, my job was apparently complex. I was given an estimate and an assurance that they would get to my job as soon as possible. I was also informed that there were multiple jobs in front of mine. The reputation of Peaks was too good not to be patient. I was not sure how long the delay would be but I prepared myself for at least two months. Here it is approximately six to seven months later and they never showed up. I have been told that the staff was battling Covid19, which I totally understood. I was still hearing, however, that other jobs were being completed. Therefore, I started getting new bids from other companies. I learned that my job was pretty complex. Two other contractors passed at the onset and that was greatly appreciated. However, Peaks has drug me along for several months promising they may make it the following week, but never showed. Presently, I have heard nothing from them for at least a month. I have finally come to the realization they were really not interested. I think it boils down to the fact that time is money and my job was going to take too much time. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. However, I finally found another contractor who was more than willing to do my job. I spoke with them on Thursday and here we are on the following Tuesday and the job is done. It saddens me to write this critique because it could have been solved many months ago. Peaks should have just said, they were not interested. There is absolutely nothing right about the way this was handled. I hope that future customers receive better treatment.

Our dryer was not heating and displaying an error code, and a technician was dispatched within 24 hours. He quickly identified the issue and determined that it was related to the building rather than the appliance itself. Despite the fact that the problem was not caused by the dryer or by anything within their control, the team went above and beyond to attempt to have the repair approved under the warranty. This level of effort and advocacy for the customer is rare and truly speaks to the integrity of their business and technicians. I would not hesitate to hire Appliance Pros of Tallahassee directly and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, professional appliance service.

He was very nice and clearly ambitious. I'm giving him 1 star because Travis failed to clean the refrigerator and that resulted in a $100 cleaning fee when I moved out. The services took place on 03/27 and my move-out was 03/31. I had already moved into my new place on 03/18 so I was no longer living at the apartment that he was hired to clean. On 03/30 I did a final walkthrough before surrendering the keys and noticed the error so I sent him photos and asked if he could come back; no response. 03/31, I called and sent messages to see if there was anyway that he could come back and finish the job but again, no response. On 05/12 when I finally heard from the leasing office about returning my deposit, they sent me pics of the refrigerator and suggested that I get a refund to make up for some or all of the cleaning fee that I would be charged so, I reached out once again and still to this day Travis has never responded. I am so disappointed especially because I gave him such a generous tip and told my friends and family about him after meeting him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND his services at all simply because he refuses to even respond or refund me for causing me an additional fee for something I paid him to take care of. I wasn't going to say anything but as someone who reads reviews, there's no way he should have all 5 stars with behavior like that.
