She took the time on several phone calls to help us choose the perfect destination (easy for her to do since it seems she's personally been EVERYWHERE!). Gave me same price but other advisor next to him ( Jason) said that Doug was wrong on installation price. Even though Doug asked me if battery was in trunk/under rear seat or in the engine. It's in engine. But still Jason said there wasn't a $1 charge as Doug told me but a $150 charge cause they had to REGISTER battery with the car. Ok. What to do? I had them do it. Then car is promptly in shop, and 20 minutes later, they come out to tell me the exact battery I need cost an extra $60 bucks. WOW. ( I showed Jason the picture and model of battery I had showed Doug. Yes I had correct batter, but Doug wrote down wrong one. Again what to do? Car is in shop. Ok from original price on phone of $220 plus a shop fee to $461 later. Unreal . I told Jason I was very disappointed. He took my copy and showed his boss. All I got was SORRY THEN I get home and looked at job they did. THE VAPOR HOSE that gets plugged into battery was NOT connected. SHOULD I BE NOW EVEN MORE UPSET? I am totally disgusted and disappointed. I tried calling Jason but he's off.

I live in Minnesota however I tried them for a 3 week vacation which included a two week cruise in the Mediterranean. All during the planning Jean was diligent in helping arrange the land and cruise accommodations as well as the land and cruise tours. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her follow up and professionalism was outstanding! As it turned out our dream vacation was not to take place due to the Covid-19 Virus situation. Europe closed its borders and the cruise line eventually changed the itinerary and then cancelled the cruise. Throughout the whole itinerary change again Jean and her associate Terri again went the extra mile in rearranging the land accommodations and tours. Eventually my doctors advised me to not travel. Therefore a week before the cruise cancelled I was forced to cancel for medical conditions. It just was not meant to be. The Duggar Travel agency and Jean then took charge again to help me file the travel insurance claim. She was consistently following up to be sure the documentation was accurately submitted. I'm not sure if they even received any commission for cancelled travel plans and that didn't make any difference in their over the top service. Eventually the travel insurance company reviewed and paid the claim. I would recommend Duggar Travel to anyone who wants service excellence!
