I asked her to look into this matter further with the parent company and she instead tried to talk me into just paying a large bill out of pocket since my premium would go up. I had to push and advocate for myself just to get the information I needed. I was so upset when I got off the phone on top of already being upset with a large unexpected home bill. PLEASE don't use this company. I went that afternoon and switched to a different, much more reliable home owners insurance company.
