The female agent that answered the phone would not give me a straight, definitive answer. I asked her to look into this matter further with the parent company and she instead tried to talk me into just paying a large bill out of pocket since my premium would go up. I had to push and advocate for myself just to get the information I needed. I was so upset when I got off the phone on top of already being upset with a large unexpected home bill. PLEASE don't use this company. I went that afternoon and switched to a different, much more reliable home owners insurance company. I can't encourage others enough to be cautious if using this company. -Joe, to follow up with your comment: I have spoken to Lisa out of the Wentworth office. I truly had to advocate for myself due to an employee who seemed to be bothered that I asked her to do her job. Again, I look forward to a follow-up call.
