    This office sold us a Home System Protection policy with our homeowner's insurance, however, when…read moreour hot water heater ruptured, the local office referred us to the national claims office, the intake coordinator referred us to a claims adjuster that couldn't tell us how to use the policy, or how to file a claim under this special Home System policy. After enrolling in this policy, we never received information about this policy or coverage in the mail, nor is documentation available online. We're approaching a week without hot water and still haven't been able to speak with anyone about what we need to do to move forward. I asked Eric's office if we could cancel the Home System Protection policy for a credit back, since we are unable to successfully use this policy, and was told we would need to cancel our entire homeowner's policy. When I asked the local office and the national claims center for documentation on this policy, they cannot provide any, including, how to file a claim. How are they allowed to sell a policy they can't provide documentation on? Out of complete frustration, we have cancelled the claim and will pay 100% out of pocket for a hot water heater versus getting the run around. One claims agent rudely stated, "at least you have water, it could be worse, you can still take a cold shower." DO NOT BUY the Home System Protection policy through State Farm.

    This is the first review I've ever bothered to write in my entire lifetime, which should say…read moreplenty. I made the mistake of landing on their radar while shopping for insurance. I responded to Jesse's initial pre-generated email to me along with my current policy limits. I wanted to be able to compare apples to apples with my existing coverage, yet never heard back from an actual human via any medium. Instead, I've been getting blasted with prerecorded calls from "Jesse" so many times per week I've lost count--and it's been going on for over a month. Blocking the number? Useless. They just call from a new number every time and leave the same prerecorded voicemails over and over again. How this guy has glowing reviews on the Farmers website is beyond me. Farmers has to be filtering out negatives, because there's no universe where this level of spam earns praise. Do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else for insurance, because Jesse Dryer seems more interested in robo-calling the entire planet than actually helping or responding to prospective customers. I, on the other hand, went with another insurance agency for my home and auto. One that replied to my emails and checked in on my progress in a non-pre-generated or insanely scammy and pushy way. Jesse, maybe try a real, human, personalized sales approach. Who knows, you might even gain customers instead of being the Saul Goodman of the insurance industry.
