Now the handle has come loose. I called and was told it would cost $90 for a service call since it was out of warranty. I explained that it was not correctly installed at first. It would take maybe 5 minutes to fix it, but he said it would cost the service charge of $90 anyway. So much for good customer service.

I spoke with the…read morereceptionist and she told me that they would have the glass today Monday Nov. 9th and to be there at 8:00. I was going to pay out of pocket for the glass. Well, I took off work and got there this morning and the girl had not ordered the glass and couldn't even remember me calling. There was on of their guys standing there and remembered that I even saw them Friday before they closed because after I called I went by there. They could have a glass there tomorrow or someone offered to go get one from Shreveport but that wouldn't help me considering I took off work this morning and drove in the opposite direction for this appointment. I am now at Acme Glass waiting on them to fix my window and paying more than Ruston quoted because this glass is basically the Ford brand window and at an off brand window. So, if you have a glass or window issue I wouldn't even bother with Ruston Glass just save time and get it done right to began with and go to Acme Glass. Nikki L.

We paid the price but didn't get the products or service we paid for. When the windows were installed, there were gaps that leaked wind and rain. We had to pay someone else to close in the window gaps that Greenville Glass left. Awful! Doors we ordered were not designed in the agreed design per the contract. We have reached out to the company on multiple occasions, and they continued to lie and would not come back to make any corrections to the poor work they did. Our doors arrived with only primer, NO PAINT!!! Lastly, they never installed the weather stripping with the doors, we can see daylight at the bottom of the door. Please don't waste your time or money with these people. Service and products are not worth the hassle. In addition to spending so much with them, we have to pay other vendors to correct their shotty work!!!
