They quoted a potentially expensive repair but suggested maybe I should just buy a new computer. I was on the verge of buying a new computer for about $750 when I became aware of Pinellas Computer. I took my laptop there and for a diagnostic fee of only $60 they were able to get my Dell working again. The Geeks were going to have me turn this $1000 Dell into an expensive paperweight. From now on when having computer issues I am going to Pinellas Computers !
