I get a strong feeling I'm not wanted in the area. At the time I took the picture of the desk salesman I was minding my business waiting for another outside salesman to bring me some products I had requested. I felt this guy staring at me while I was social searching on the internet. The energy seemed to be super strong which made me switch to Yelp to check in and take a photo. When I switch to take the photo as you can see he's looking at me with contempt for what reason i have no idea. He was not helping me nor should his focus have been on me. But it's menacing and unwelcoming and makes me want to not come to the location. It's depressing and sad to get this type of energy from customer sales people in 2022. Which is difficult to give 4 stars with that type of experience. However I know that if I have a bad start it would be reflected on my ability to keep my employment. You tell me what does it look like Jed thinking as he is looking at me and I wasn't even paying him no mind to I felt that negative energy.

My box was in need of replacement when I moved in and over the years it gotten more wear and tear. I definitely needed a new mailbox and didn't want to get one and have all my neighbors not have one. Honestly, their boxes were in need of being replaced, too. Originally, I wanted to get them all new boxes for Christmas, but I didn't get my act together in enough time. However, I did have my act together for Valentines. I talked with my neighbors son who does my lawn work and he said if I bought the boxes, he and his dad would install them for everybody. When I went to Lowe's to buy the boxes, I couldn't find them on the signs telling you what was down each aisle. I meet an associate walking the opposite direction as I was, so I stopped them asked for directions. He quickly got me to the right aisle. I was surprised at the variety of boxes, they had a variety of sizes, styles and prices. I found the style I wanted and the color I preferred. Unfortunately, there were only two available at my level of reach. I looked up and saw two more at the very top of the shelving unit. An associate was helping another gentleman in the aisle, so I went up and asked him to assist me, too. He went and got one of those rolling racks and a co-worker. When they came back, one climbed the rack and handed my new mailboxes down one by one. I was impressed that they practiced safety. My/our new mailboxes look great, the only downside is the mail person still delivers bill in them.

Everywhere I looked was selling live edge wood for a freaking fortune. So when I came across Lumber Logs online, I was super excited! They had a fantastic selection, and they were also having a 25% off sale. Bonus, they were just 6 miles away from our house, going north on Kingshighway. The guys there are SO nice and friendly. Also, they love dogs! I got to see lots of pictures of their puppers. They told us to bring our pup next time, as they are very dog friendly. They're only open 9-11am the first and third Saturday of the month, and other days by appointment. They said they're often there other Saturdays. They don't deliver but they will cut to size. You can tell they love what they do, and they are very knowledgeable. We got some gorgeous cherry wood, five slabs of 5 feet long, a foot deep...all for under $400 with tax. I can't wait to work with these highly recommend this place!!
