Wonderful customer service on the phone, knowledgeable employees that were able to speak in detail about the materials they offered and answer questions. They quoted prices and timelines on the phone and later in the day I ordered my dirt from them. They arrived for the delivery as schedule, were quick, efficient and friendly. At the time I took the picture of the desk salesman I was minding my business waiting for another outside salesman to bring me some products I had requested. I felt this guy staring at me while I was social searching on the internet. The energy seemed to be super strong which made me switch to Yelp to check in and take a photo. When I switch to take the photo as you can see he's looking at me with contempt for what reason i have no idea. He was not helping me nor should his focus have been on me. But it's menacing and unwelcoming and makes me want to not come to the location. It's depressing and sad to get this type of energy from customer sales people in 2022. Which is difficult to give 4 stars with that type of experience. However I know that if I have a bad start it would be reflected on my ability to keep my employment. I agreed to have it repaired and brought it back to the stihl desk to have a ticket made. I'm still waiting to see if the warranty covers the repair. Recently while I was shopping, I noticed that Lowe's has added a nice selection of pet foods and treats. That makes shopping so much easier. No need to stop at the big box pet store after shopping for home repairs. Since I am relocating back to STL, I needed to shop for new paint colors for the condo. Selecting from their super large selection of colors is mind blowing. I took several sample cards to the condo and made my selections. Shhhh, don't tell anyone, I ended up choosing the same colors of the house I am selling. While I was selecting paint chips, I saw that Lowe's now has clothes. Or have I just never noticed it before. I wasn't in need of a shirt or shorts, but the selections were pretty good. Saw a couple shirts that I liked. I'll continue to shop Lowe's for the good pricing, it will just be one of the stores in Saint Louis.

Also, they love dogs! I got to see lots of pictures of their puppers. They told us to bring our pup next time, as they are very dog friendly. They're only open 9-11am the first and third Saturday of the month, and other days by appointment. They said they're often there other Saturdays. They don't deliver but they will cut to size. You can tell they love what they do, and they are very knowledgeable. We got some gorgeous cherry wood, five slabs of 5 feet long, a foot deep...all for under $400 with tax.
