At the time I took the picture of the desk salesman I was minding my business waiting for another outside salesman to bring me some products I had requested. I felt this guy staring at me while I was social searching on the internet. The energy seemed to be super strong which made me switch to Yelp to check in and take a photo. When I switch to take the photo as you can see he's looking at me with contempt for what reason i have no idea. He was not helping me nor should his focus have been on me. But it's menacing and unwelcoming and makes me want to not come to the location. It's depressing and sad to get this type of energy from customer sales people in 2022. Which is difficult to give 4 stars with that type of experience. However I know that if I have a bad start it would be reflected on my ability to keep my employment. Recently I've been shopping for furnace filters, sod and new pots for some larger plants on my patio. The pricing on the filters was better than what I had seen at other stores and the sod covered up the bald spots in my yard. Both purchases made me a satisfied customer. Purchasing my new pots had me laughing. I went with the intensions of getting a pair of neoclassical urns. I found a pair that I liked, but didn't want to pay the price. It's not going to be in a focal point, so the extra expense wasn't worth it. I kept searching the large variety of planters and found one that I liked. It was a faux concrete, so it meet my visual needs and budget. The only problem, it was on an upper shelf and I had to stand on my tiptoes to get my new planters down. Now, for the reason why buying new pots had me laughing. When I tilted the pot(s) forward so I could get them down, I was drenched in cold water. It rained the previous day, but it never dawned on me that the pots would have rainwater in them. I made my purchase and went home to get out of my wet clothes. Lowe's offers self check-out, but I always use one of their cashiers. They're friendly and get me out checked out faster then if I did it myself.
