For me, Towne Billiards always provides an exceptional experience. Living directly between…read moreCincinnati and Dayton definitely has its advantages but also a few drawbacks. Many specialty shops, restaurants or entertainment aren't available in the immediate area so you have to drive north or south a bit to find certain things you're looking for. This is the exact dilemma I find when looking for a great billiard hall. I end up traveling 30+ minutes north or south (not to mention traffic) to find what I'm looking for. Towne Billiards has changed that by bringing top-tier quality billiards to our area. This is a local business that truly merits the community's support. And, ultimately supporting local businesses helps revitalize and strengthen our community. Towne Billiards opened in the spring of 2024. When speaking with the owner, he expressed his commitment to the business's success and plans to make continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience. I highly recommend Towne Billiards to anyone looking for a great time.

The staff were extremely friendly and seemed willing to actively engage with customers. It was a nice neighborhood spot. I ordered Mo's Rice Bowl, and it was generally well executed. Maybe a little bit more rice than it needed, but it presented a nice combination of flavors and textures. The pickled onions were well done. There was a relish type offering that rounded it out. The fried egg was a nice protein addition. Overall, the dish came together. I'm not from Cincinnati, but they apparently have a regional goetta dish. I ordered the vegan version, and it was really well done. Good on the restaurant for thinking to offer a vegan version. All told, this was an exception place. It's a little small, but there was essentially no wait to get a seat at the bar. Highly recommended.
