Especially those of us that are going through the upset of a loved one in trouble... the receptionist is so unprofessional she actually laughed at the situation when I inquired the amount of bail !!!! When I asked .. are you laughing? She said YES .. I was just shocked at her insensitive attitude.. I am not familiar with the way this profession does business..so after her admitting to laughing at me... I hung up.. she followed up with a threat to report me for abuse!! Unbelievable... I hope they go out of business

He has kept us informed throughout, which has been really nice. He explains what we don't understand and has put us all at ease through the whole process, regardless of what has come up. Nick is a real genuine, personable, upstanding person. I feel very fortunate I happened to pick A-1 and Nick over any of the other Bail Bond companies available. I highly recommend Nick and A-1 Bail Bonds to take care of you! Original Review: 2/15/25 Nick is amazing! He answers the phone right away, super friendly, and informative. He was quick acting. It was the day before a long weekend and our son only had a couple of hours to be bailed out before being held for three more days with no chance of getting out until the following week. Nick promptly texted us with application and payment links. He answered all our questions. It was just over an hour from the time we made contact with him, that he was off to the jail to post bail, texting us at every junction so we knew what was happening. Nick walked us and our son through everything and gave all of us total comfort. This is not an area that we are familiar with and Nick was fantastic at getting us through it with incredible efficiency and a great attitude. HIGHLY recommend Nick with A-1 Bail Bonds if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation as we did.
