The name says it all. I was a bit disappointed at first. I…read morehad scheduled an appointment for an estimate, although, to be fair, I already had a good idea of what the work would cost. After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

Otherwise they won't show up until they finish their previous jobs, if they show up at all.

Jayden rapidly assessed the three bathrooms, checking each drain of each shower and tub addressing our concerns one by one all the way out to the outside drain port. This is Quality Care, Service, and Customer Relations have set the bar high for all other Plumbing services who follow; we will be calling ABC Plumbing for future maintenance and those surprises homeowners dread. Value- lets talk VALUE. ABC Plumbing found no issues with our plumbing, we were concerned over a small obstruction in the line which cleared itself. Nothing was wrong, therefore no charge as the licensed plumber's estimate was FREE!! I've owned homes from Alaska, Oregon, Illinois, California, and Texas. We've had plumbing services out on several occasions in each of these states, no one, I mean no service has ever come out with the offer of a "free" estimate who actually checked for an actual problem, not finding one, its "no charge." From the other guys, I get the estimate and a high-pressure sales talk, caving to the high pressure sales, I get their bill regardless of an actual existing problem. RECAP 6 Reasons to call ABC Plumbing: 1. Called for service, a licensed plumber arrived in less than 3 hours. 2. Estimate is FREE. 3. Checked for an actual problem, none found, NO CHARGE. 4. Estimate is FREE, NO HIGH PRESSURE, NO PRESSURE. 5. Plumber is respectful of our home, wears shoe covers, does NOT leave a mess for us to clean up. Plumber was dressed professionally in the company uniform, and was clean. The plumber was professional, someone that my wife and I felt comfortable with our plumber in our home. 6. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. We are Clearwater Plumbers customers for life; they're an absolutely incredible company that exudes…read moretop notch customer service. We've been using them for several years now, but our latest experience sealed the deal. Recently we had them come out for a sewer pipe inspection from another plumbing company which provided us with a yearly scope of our line. They discovered a slab leak underneath our home due to a shifted sewer line. The estimate to fix the line was very high. We decided to get a second opinion, so we called Clearwater. Jason and Andrew were able to come out immediately to check the line. They ran a camera through the line and did see the disconnection but further under our slab, quite a bit further than the other company noted in their estimate. Jason gave us a quote that was much more affordable. Jason told me the excavation crew could be there the next day. The excavation company Clearwater uses was wonderful. I've never seen 3 more hardworking individuals. It was amazing they were able to dig a 10' tunnel under our slab in less than 3 hours. A day later, Jason and Andrew from Clearwater arrived to take care of the repairs, schedule the final inspection and testing and get the excavation company to backfill the tunnel. Clearwater seamlessly took care of a major repair with finesse and professionalism. If you need a plumber, Clearwater is the one to call. Update, a few days later, we discovered a link in the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Due to me being an amputee and my wife with a broken right wrist, we were not able to make the repairs ourselves. I called early in the morning and Jason and Andrew were out to take care of the leak a few hours later, awesome service.
