At the conclusion I asked about paint. I was told that was on me. I would have appreciated being offered the windows in advance to have them painted. I got quotes to have them painted. This was such an expensive venture. I wish I had been given the windows in advance to have them painted. Such unprofessional communication.

However, a month later I noticed 1 window leaked water when it rained. It was clear that the window was not sealed correctly and water was leaking around the glass. I called, texted and emailed Domain (4+ times) about the problem and they would not respond. I even talked to someone who asked me to send a picture. I sent the picture and again no response. They would not fix their problem. Last weekend I fixed the issue myself. Very disappointed that they would not stand by their work when they did not do a good job on the initial repair.

We had a tree fall in our yard that ended up damaging the glass in one of our sliding glass doors…read more I called Georgia Glass Repair and received a quote over the phone based upon the dimensions of the glass that needed to be replaced. The quote was very reasonable, based upon quotes I had received a few years back to replace the glass on an identical sliding glass door. (I had contacted our previous glass repair company about this current issue but they never called me back, which led me to check out Georgia Glass Repair this time.) We scheduled an at-home visit to verify the quote, which didn't change even though it was determined that the installation would be a bit trickier due to the age and condition of the sliding glass door. Georgia Glass Repair had to order the glass from their supplier. They said it would take 7-10 business days, but it arrived within a week. The installation was scheduled for 3 days later, and they showed up within the 2-hour window they had provided. It took them less than an hour to replace the glass, and the two guys that removed the old glass and inserted the new glass were very friendly, informative, and professional. They worked quickly and before I knew it, the glass had been replaced. Looking at the glass afterwards, I see they didn't introduce any scratches during the installation. I would absolutely recommend this company. From the first phone call to the final installation, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The contractors who initially built our shower were not competent and Lonnie was very helpful in pointing out the problems with how it was built, while we were soliciting bids. There were some delays getting the glass due to supply chain issues, but A to Z was good about updating us on the status of when the glass was going to be completed and ready for installation. Once they had the glass ready, A to Z showed up promptly and had the job completed in a day. From a price perspective, they were about right in the middle of all the bids we solicited, which is worth it when you know you're getting good, quality work done.
