AA Pools will not finish your pool! We have at least 8-10 other victims of their scam. Mona and Pancho will talk a good game, but once they have your money, you won't see them after gunite or maybe plaster. If you do, the plaster job will be horrible. I paid for Quartzite with exposed stone and zero stone is exposed. They didn't do the acid wash at all. Claimed they were bringing me upgraded coping, when in fact brought old leftover coping from another job. They still owe me for the pump, filter, pool light, deck painting, re-leveling the back yard (totally destroyed) and a second skimmer and much more. We will have to get the plaster re-done it's so bad. They walked off the job and never responded to refund requests. So now we are working with the TX Attorney General. Don't use this company. I hired these scammers of a pool company AA Pools on 12/28/2020 to build me a pool/spa/rock jump & deck. Took them 1.5 yrs to get to about 75% and they ran off with my money. They didn't want to come back and finish because I was at this point impatient with the lack of service. I got every excuse in the book. I'm not the only one she has scammed out of our hard working money. We have all filed a complaint with the AG office and we are not stopping there.
