They dropped my pump rope down the well and left the pump hanging on the plumbing pipe. I asked them to retrieve the rope and they said it was wrapped up under the lid of the well cap. When I asked them to get it out, they admitted they dropped it. Said they could not get it out and would have to replace the well when the pump goes out because of the blockage. read more
