I left the valley around 8am and it took me about 35 mins to make it to East LA. They opened at 8:30 and when I arrived there were already people waiting. The setup is you walk up and take a menu. Once you make your selections you turn in your order and they begin to prep it for you. Now what's really cool is as we were waiting they were constantly bringing out new products not on the menu and even dropped prices on some of the items already out. A guy brought out a case of grass fed ribeyes for $6/each. I got several Australian wagyu steaks for I believe $10/each and I'm talking 10-12oz. It's been a long time since I've walked away feeling like I got a steal of a deal on anything in LA but this was amazing. If you can appreciate a good steak I highly recommend you follow their IG page and look out for their sales.

I notified Ligma Provisiona about the matter and they provided no response at all. To summarize: 1. Poor quality butchering of meat 2. Low fat marbling "Wagyu" -probably not actually Wagyu 3. Poor customer service -non existent
