After speaking with other companies, i chose this company because Ken answered my call on Father's Day. I was not expecting that, but I was in a crunch and needed to schedule as soon as possible. They were all so professional. I encountered an issue on my return trip i had to call early in the morning. They were so understanding and willing to work with me , including the fact that my party had to be split on the return trip. If I ever need transport, I will not hesitate to do business with Premium Services, and i would highly recommend their services. Carlos & Larry were both excellent and professional drivers.

We attended Cheersport at the convention center with a bunch of teenage girls and their moms. We used Vic and his team for travel to and from the center. Vic was AMAZING with the girls, getting them all pumped for their performance with a great playlist, awesome lights in the van, and even Karaoke. When the girls won, he was their biggest fan. In addition to the big bus, we also had additional drivers in vans who were equally friendly and engaging. Hands down, his team made this a special weekend for the girls and their moms! Thanks so much Vic and the team!

Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience.
