Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. When I arrived, Gaston helped me troubleshoot my alarm module and showed me that it was, in fact, broken. I was never going to be able to program it on my own! Javier and Jason are straight up enablers of musical chaos in the best way possible. The sound quality is crystal clear, even when the volume is up to ridiculous levels. The speakers are loud, the bass hits hard, and 4,000 watts is more than enough to make your ears file a formal complaint. I still haven't turned it max volume. Too scared Lol What impressed me most was the customer service. Javier and Jason had plenty of opportunities to upsell me, but they never pushed anything. In fact, I ended up talking myself into upgrades because they took the time to answer every question and explain everything without any pressure. They're down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about getting the setup right. They're really good dudes...ones a little intimidating...but super nice. I promise. Best setup EVER. If you're on the fence about upgrading your audio system, stop being ridiculous and go talk to these guys. The workmanship, sound quality, and overall experience exceeded my expectations.
