Suzanne answered the phone and patiently and politely answered my questions as well as walked me through what was needed to be done. It turned out the situation was far more complicated than either of us realized. Still Suzanne worked behind the scenes to get as much information as possible to determine whether my friend actually could get out on bail (like I said, his situation was complicated). Instead of just taking my money and running, she put in her best effort to make sure that I was not wasting my money posting a bond for my friend. It turned out that he would not be able to get out of jail because of probation violations. She lost money on this effort.To me that is honesty. Suzanne Golden is probably one of the most personable people I have ever worked with to get a friends legal issues straightened out. She is genuinely concerned with your well being. She is easy to talk to and very honest. We all know that the PA judicial system is as corrupt as it gets. She is the light at the end of the tunnel in such a corrupt system.
