We have been using A4 Cleaning Service for a couple of years and have always been pleased with the results. Steven is extremely reliable and prompt. We live in a 3-story home with many hard to reach windows. Steven is able to navigate our home with no problem. read more

I had issues with a few downspouts last year when I tried to clean the Gutter system out, so I submitted a request for Gutter services. A4 and several others responded to my request. Stephen had the best availability and price, so I went with him based on his availability. He arrived within the suggested time frame and got to work after I provided notes on the current system. He was very efficient. He cleaned the gutters and made sure my downspouts were working properly. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who asks for a Gutter Cleaning Service! read more

I was really happy with A4 Cleaning and Stephen who came to do the work. I knew I had stuff on my roof, but it's a 2 story and there is no way I'm going up that high to clean the roof and gutter. He was super responsive, gave a great rate, and communicated well to set up the appointment. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and made sure to clean up around the house as well. Plus, I learned he does so many other things! Can't wait to get his help with clearing some overgrowth. read more

A4 provided the best flat rate quote for cleaning the gutter of my two story house and removed a satellite dish without additional charge. Steven was very easy to work with, and the communication was excellent. read more

Truly one of my best experiences on Yelp! The only negative I can say is about myself taking so long to leave this review! Right after my amazing experience last year I was hospitalized with medical complications and didn't think again about it until...well, gutter cleaning time again! I came here to schedule something and saw I hadn't left a review, and if there was ever a review to be done this is it. Professional, kind, courteous, respectful, compassionate, inspirational even. There are more adjectives to describe how I felt after this experience. If that isn't enough, I will add one more: great value. Excellent, competitive prices for such great service. I originally looked into another company, but utilized the yelp feature to ask for quotes from competitors, and i am so glad i did or i wouldn't have found this company. This is one of the best features on yelp. Overall, this is one of my all time favorite yelp experiences- and I have been using yelp a long time. read more

Used them for a cleaning of our gutters and roof. Well worth the cost. Had to make multiple trips to finish but no complaints from him. read more

Excellent service with a fair price! We used A4 to clean gutters on ten of our buildings. The work was completed perfectly and the price was fair. We have our gutters cleaned twice per year and I don't see any reason why we would deviate from A4. Thanks for all of your hard work Steven! read more

Steven asked to come a day earlier to get our gutters cleaned before the rain came, which I was definitely happy with. He showed up on time and was fast! I was also very impressed that he cleaned up afterwards and blew all our leaves from the roof into the street leaf pile. I plan on calling Steven a couple times a year. He was excellent! read more

I was wondering how come this company has 5 stars from all customers. Well, I got my answer after hiring the company for the tasks I had. Good job Steve (owner). Excellent professional to hire for roof gutter cleaning. Got our tiles cleaned (from algae), clogged gutters cleared and roof cleaned. Steve is very professional and will help you as best as possible. Best quality I liked of him was his honesty, good job done and of course reasonable services cost. Will surely be calling him again for future services. 100% recommended. read more

Steve went above and beyond! I called him in the morning and needed my gutters cleaned out. He was able to squeeze me into his appointments for the day! Very reasonable in price, friendly, professional, & efficient! He even cleaned up the little bit of leaves behind this bench I have on my patio! I'm impressed and will definitely use Steve's services again in the future! Thank you Steve! read more

Top notch and meticulous service from an amazing small business owner! Steve was quick to reply to my Yelp 911 and showed up in between the nasty weather to get a pretty nasty job done! It has been a few years since our gutters were cleaned and we were very over due. Our gutters were in BAD shape and have been renewed. I highly recommend A4 's cleaning services to interested folks and WE will definitely use Steve many more times in the years to come. The prices were so reasonable I felt compelled to add a tip for a job well DONE!! read more

Steven has great communication, Good work ethic and awesome pricing. He cleaned out my second story gutters which were out of reach for me and got out a big clog. His pricing was very fair and he did not pull any pricing tricks like some folks tend to do after they see the job in person. He was awesome to talk to and gives great suggestions without the pressure and up pricing that big companies tend to give. We also got onto the subject of Christmas lights and he helped hang some hooks and string up my current lights on a harder to reach second story of my house! I am look forward to working with Steven again for other needs in the future. Thanks again! read more

We give Steven from A4 Cleaning Services 5 stars. He did a gutter cleaning of our two story house and it was exactly what we needed. He responded to our Yelp inquiry promptly with a great quote. He held true to his quote, and even provided a discount for scheduling with him that week. He showed up when he promised. He walked the whole job with me to answer questions and address my concerns. He was thorough and cleaned up any mess he might have made. He even went the extra mile to bring in our garbage cans from the street to our backyard when he was done. This weekend it rained hard and one downspout was partially clogged. He came within a day to resolve the issue. He even provided a video to show how his work opened the clog completely. I highly recommend A4 Cleaning Services. read more

Rude bad service did not let me finish a sentence hung up on me on the phone I was polite he was rude. Bad customer service had his younger inexperienced staff do the job and it was half done. No apology very cocky wanted to come over without permission after talking down to me on the phone absolute pure joke don't waste your time and money with this company ever! Bad experience. read more

Did a great job on the first visit of cleaning gutters etc. Scheduled another visit to replace a 10 foot section of gutter. Never heard from them. Finally heard that they would show up today to replace gutter section. Never showed up, never called and never texted. Will not use in the future and will not recommend. I had randomly wanted to get my gutters cleaned after 3 years of not giving them any attention at all. Got in touch with A4 Cleaning Service and spoke with Steven. From the get I was impressed with his communication skills and willingness to tackle this job. Set an appointment up and he showed on time as he promised. He's the real deal when it comes to business, punctuality, and customer satisfaction. I assumed that after the job he would want more money because him and his team went through a couple hurdles along the way but nope! Stand up guy! The initial quote was all I had to pay. But I was so impressed with the quality of work and his willingness to go above and beyond! Thanks again guys! I'll be in sure to stay in contact since I've learned of all the services your company offers! read more

Quick service response and quick service. Did a great job. Flat rate. Would use again.

A4 Cleaning services were great at cleaning my 1st, 2nd and 3rd level gutters & clearing out down spouts. I had total of about 300 linear feet of gutters and it took 2 of them a bit more than an hour. They work mostly from the roof so my 3rd level wasn't too much problem for them. They used the blower to blow loose leaves & dirt off the roof & clean the gutters. I was glad that I cleaned them since they hauled away about 12-13 gallons (2 & half of 5 gallon buckets) of debris. They washed the gutters & tested the down spouts afterwards. Two of the down spouts were clogged and it took them close to an hour to clear those. They were high up & really clogged. Lastly, they were kind enough to install "gutter sticks" that I bought. I watched them though the whole job and I noticed that they were very careful stepping on the tiles. To top it off, they also had very reasonable flat prices. One of the best contractors I ever hired!! read more

Quick to answer with a good price and was there the next day to get it done. Not sure what I can add to that.

Responded super fast, and took care of my gutter cleaning within a day of the rain subsiding in the middle of a high rain winter season.

Until yesterday when Steven came to wash my windows, screens, tracks and frames, I was never so excited about looking out at the window. The screens, frames, tracks and windows look like new. Steven is a very special person, he takes pride in his work, very pleasant, and no mess. I am having my gutters cleaned, and trees trimmed with Steven in the near future. Steven is one of a kind. I found him on yelp because of the reviews, and want to pass it on to those looking for 5-star results. Steven is your man! Joyce C Sacramento CA read more

After scheduling service I got a call that he had accidentally double-booked and would come the next day.
