A year later I decided to give them another chance and prepay to book an appointment, they cancelled it, I rescheduled, they cancelled it again. Now I'm left fighting for my money back again. This business has zero empathy or regard for their customers. Edit to respond to the owner's reply: I've never seen a business lie so much while never once trying to rectify such horrible experiences! You didn't confirm my refund. I accepted credit from the third party the first time and I had to dispute with my bank the second time! No profanity was used! I made multiple attempts to contact management with no reply!
