The driver didn't pick up the trash on set date. Called as was guaranteed he be back today or next…read moremorning. He didn't come that afternoon nor the next day. Was guaranteed he would be on the third day didn't come. Called again on the fourth day he didn't come back. The manager nor operational manager care on how the employee work. They do this over and over and mangers let drivers choose if they pick up the trash or not. You pay for a service and hope the driver decides if going to do the service that day or not.

Ordered my dumpster and charged me about 703. They came a few days early to pick it from a glitch in their system that changed the pickup date. So our pickup got pushed back about two weeks, but told us to pay extra for each day extra it was at my house. Mind you it was $15 per day. But I did appreciate them for offering to pay for one week and we would be responsible for the other week. So now we only had to pay 90; however, during this month we got charged about 600 almost 700 dollars. We called in and they started telling us we had extra weight in the dumpster(I can deal with that) but over 300 for them to haul the dumpster and fuel and environmental charges. Now that's excessive and they never told us of this obnoxious fees that they were going to add. The overall problem is the fact they add all these excessive fees without a heads up and expect you to pay them without a fight. With that being said, if your wanting a dumpster don't order it here it isn't worth it.
