The service was unacceptable, left me feeling very frustrated and in need of an alternative source of transport at last minute.

I have booked a taxi 3 times in the past 6 months. On one occasion my flight from America landed almost an hour early. The driver was there waiting for me. I had phoned for the taxi just over an hour before leaving to catch my flight and they were able to accomodate me. On another trip, my wife had dropped her prescription bottle in the taxi as she got out. The driver spotted it and rushed in to Southsea Hovercraft Terminal to give it back to her just before she boarded the Hovercraft. I have met many different drivers over the years, all have been very friendly, very safe drivers and always insist on helping with any luggage. For as long as I need to travel back and forth to America I will continue to use Sunny Travel and have recommended them to friends and family. Well done Sunny Travel.

Me: okay mate thank you I have sent that to the police. Vincent: go ahead. Is that the way a customer should be dealt with? But on the plus side I did get my refund back in the end. Arrived 15mins late on pick up to take me to our holiday to start, then stopped for petrol as he was not prepared which lead to further delay also he couldn't even remove the fuel filler cap which was slightly embarrassing. That was the first bit then onto the driving which I did not feel safe as a passenger as I can't count the amount of times he nearly hit other cars.. Then on our return our flight got delayed so phone him like you do saying we are going to be later which is understandable with flights thinking we will just give the extra money in cash on the way home but no he could only except payments online!!! Which is so easy to do in a different country in a air port with no internet connection or way to send the payment so there was literarily no way of a big group of us to get home left at gatwick airport. Now the refund that I am due to us pre paying and not being picked up was said to be in 7 days that is the policy to be refunded in 7 days. It is now 13 and counting and no sign off attempt to refund. I'm owed £75. My advice don't use this service (if you can call it that) use someone else a company which if run better more professional and reliable
