Smooth and safe drive despite all the construction on the Kennedy and we arrived on time. Driver helped unload and made sure we had everything. They took CC through their phone app with a tap and I got an emailed receipt. I also booked them coming back and told them we needed the same setup. Sal was responsive and made sure the driver was there. Our flight was delayed but the driver was still there. Same charge and great driver with the car seats strapped in by the fire department. Hi, Since emails do…read morenot get responses. I would really like to change the 5 star raing to 0. After I paid and rated, the driver came back and berated me, accusing me of not tipping. After telling him 5 times that I did, he stormed back to to get his pad. Said you did, I'm sorry about that. Then went off on me about the amount I tipped. I was terrified so gave him more in cash to make him go away. He turned real cheerful and said it was appreciated. I will never use your company again if you keep drivers like that. I had already had an anxiety attack earlier in the day that put me in the hospital. So REALLY did not need the harassment from one of your drivers. Please let me know how this situation is handled. That behavior should never be acceptable.

By 4:25 no sign of taxi so i went back to their site and ordered another. I was anxious about being late. About 10 minutes after that the second taxi I called arrived and we left for airport.....a full 25-30 minutes past requested time. This caused me a great deal of undue stress. I find them unreliable. The second gentleman who did take us was fine. No complaints with him.....just with first not showing up ever.
