So I first had a great experience at the store. I had a few issues and they resolved them. But the…read morelast time I went in there before they 86 me from there was I brought in a piece that broke by putting warm water in it before John, the worker there. Even let me explain what happened or tell him that I wasn't trying to get something for free or discounted it. I brought it in to show them exactly what I wanted the same piece. He then proceeded to tell me that I was a liar, and that this product couldn't have broke that way, which it did I never got an apology either from The owner and then they accuse me of taking something which is totally false. Otherwise, I would have been in jail for it all I ever did was try to spend my money there and only there. I also have another concern. I spent over $800 in puffco products from there, and I'm supposed to get points. With any purchase will, he threw in some 70H that I could really care less about. I thought it was just a bonus for me spending so much money. I later asked him about the points and he told me that that's why he gave me the 70HI never agreed to that and don't agree. With their tactics just go somewhere else.

(be sure to take advantage of the smoking lounge in the back where you'll undoubtably be offered water or a soda to cleanse your palette) The service is terrific and the selection of smokes is outstanding. If you're not sure what you like, Kelly or his staff can help you figure that out and introduce you to the best smokes the industry has to offer. Every cigar I've had suggested to me has been superb and well-matched to my tastes. And unlike some merchants, the folks at 7th won't try to upsell you just to make a bigger sale. Quite the opposite - they will gladly show you what's the best value for whatever price point you're comfortable with. (Hint: buy $100 worth of cigars and get a 10% discount) I trust Kelly and his people implicitly - you won't be disappointed.
