My most recent encounter was to do a few Amazon returns the day after Christmas, apparently, the same as everybody else in the area. The four people in the store were all over the place but overall, they handled the never-ending rush as well as can be expected. Two of our returns were able to be done via the self-serve kiosk and one (the largest in terms of size) has to go up to the counter. Either way, very fast and everything worked as advertised. This store is not the closest to the home office in terms of distance and the parking in the strip mall lot can at times be diabolical, but I've never had an issue with things not being done and processed here as quick as possible.

The interior feels like an artifact, it looks like 1970s movie set--wood paneled walls frame the room, and the smell of a hard earned dollar permeates the air. A variety of license plates, and a mix of local newspaper articles featuring the owner's museum of miniatures (museum is located a block away) - are displayed salon style on the wooded walls. The owner has been doing title transfers longer than I've been alive, in other words he knows his stuff. He helped me with all the paperwork, and even lent me the tools to take off my old license plates. Another helpful detail I noticed, was that one of the staff members was bilingual, so if you speak more Spanish than English they've got you covered! His answer was five dollars for the notary and $10 for I don't even know what but he says it was up to his discretion. So what that meant to me is he just made up any price which I think is pretty high for one page to be notarized. So if you want spend a surprising amount of money for one page you go see him if not, find someone else.
