Our family recently reached out to Ronnie for help getting power working for a new fifth wheel. We…read morehadn't met him before finding him on Yelp, but he was able to come the same day and stayed past dark just to make sure we would have things working by the time he was done. Then he came back and spent another full day on a permanent solution for the problem we had, including digging a trench to run the power through, securing things on the roof, patching the wall that had to be opened up, and replacing pavers that had to be removed. He returned last week to help with a different electrical issue on the property and we've had no issues with the electricity in both homes since he took care of them. I can't show the running electricity in photos, unfortunately, and he did such a great job of patching things back up, you almost wouldn't know so much hard work went into the repairs. He was very respectful and friendly and also offered tips about the area we just moved to. Enjoyed chatting with him about a shared family experience with feral kittens, and a cattery he'd built for another customer. His rates were reasonable and we would definitely recommend him to others. We hope to be able to hire him for a plumbing project and fencing work in the future.

I called back and expressed that I wanted to get a water filter system installed and I wanted a water test that will cover everything that it will need for me to install a water filter test. I also expressed that I was not sure that test will cover that but I needed the one that includes everything such as iron and bacteria. Annette charged for a bacteria only service for $210. As a professional, Annette should have informed me that since I was unsure of what was all required for the test, that they will not be able to provide me a service until o can be sure of exactly what test I needed. Instead she decided move forward with a bacteria only test. Also, I had to follow up with the company for my test result. They did not send it to me. I also emailed them back about this disconnect between my request and the service I received and there was no response. I called them back and spoke to Annette. And her response was I should have asked another company to do the service and she can offer me another test for an additional cost. She did not acknowledge that fact that she should have detoured me from their services because neither her or I knew the service I needed. Instead she made the assumption that I needed bacteria only.

Confusing set of circumstances. They came out to inspect my septic tank due to backing up on…read moreoccasion. Did their underground cameras, told me I needed to be pumped. $1300 inspection, $3800 pump with a third-party vendor about whom they knew little. Hard time getting estimates in writing. After spending $5100 was told my tanks were cracked, my leach field was failing, they recommended a brand new system A-Z for $28,000 and I would be credited some of the $5100 toward the new system, but my total costs were going to be over $30,000. That was late December 2024. I asked them to send me a detailed proposal and that I would entertain other bids as well, but they would have had an inside track because they would have credited me some of the earlier work. Except I never heard from them again. I contacted them twice in January and never heard back. Never saw a proposal. Were they spooked that I would take other bids and find out how outrageous their pricing was? Did it concern them that I was left with a broken system and it possibly could have been ugly? Did they just take the money and run? I have no idea, but something seems off.
