Paul came out…read moreand fitted a new element, he broke the hob on the cooker in the process then had the cheek to glue it back down. Kept lying about the price of the element and the call out charge. Was overcharged. He stated that the element was £40 as it was brilliant but not that brilliant as the cooker has now broke down again just over 2 months later. Do not use!!!!!!!! Will be going to trading standards as the service you give is disgusting.

Liam arrived promptly, was courteous, careful and efficient. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fitted a new pump from stock carried in his van. Problem solved within 6 hours of first reporting and cost £85 all in. Can't recommend highly enough. Inspires confidence
