I was traveling in the express lanes going 60 MPH and this tow truck all of a sudden plowed through the plastic dividers destroying about 20 of them as he was driving at least 60 + mph, the debris was flying all over the express lanes and hitting my car with the flying plastic posts. The tow truck caught up to me and was besides my car and I was able to see the truck logo and phone number, who was J&J towing out of Margate FL. The driver looked over at me and gave me some nasty looks and was saying something to me that seem not nice. He was breaking all kinds of laws, from speeding, damage to the highway, littering debris. I called the company and got a male from dispatch and told him what happened and he could care less about it; he said I have 65 trucks and I don't know and disconnected my call. Horrible company!!
