She gave me the wrong ink cartridge for my printer, didn't say sorry, her colleague Deborah said she did?! But I certainly didn't hear her say it! This Manager was always answering back.. terrible customer service from her and her colleague too!? Incredulous! Her colleague Deborah was not much better too kept raising her voice at me all the time..really both shouting at me, they were both very rude and very abrupt.. her colleague said the customer is not always right !??! .. and I replied the staff are not always right neither are they! As was in this case! She said I wasn't listening!? But I showed them both three times the ink cartridge printer number which was a Canon MG2550S and told them this a few times but I notice this Manager kept saying and replying back to me without the 'S' letter on the end! So they obviously weren't listening to me were they!? I took it in trust that it was the right one but it wasn't..the manager said that the number of the printer I gave her wasn't the one I gave her this morning!? It's the same number and letters I showed her this morning accept I wrote it on a bit of card before I showed her on my phone only on the card I wrote the serial number of my printer too. Was she saying I was a liar!? Which was not true...I will not shop at this store again and inform my friends, neighbours and relatives not to go to this store. She shouldn't be a manager!? I didn't even want to give one star here on Yelp reviews but '0'! Is what they deserve! ..And they still wanted a pound extra from me for the replacement cartridge which she apparently said cost more?! The Manager and her colleague Deborah were both shouting at me especially this Deborah character which caused a lot of shaking of heads in the store from the customers. Not a good look for how Currys staff should deal with customers.

Such a sorry excuse for a huge technological/electronic company that can't let customer service…read moreagents have the ability for them to send emails out to external agencies - such as to a customers bank to request pending funds can be released back into account after THEY cancelled an online order with no explanation. Also, contacted Curry's via telephone and got put on hold whilst the agent 'tried' to get the name of a 'manager'. Tishpot company and service, will never buy from them again and will certainly NEVER recommend them. They are at best shambolic and at worst completely unable to perform basic functions.

We were spending a few days in Weston super Mare with best friends and family to celebrate our 20th…read morewedding anniversary (and 26 years together) and in all the celebrations, good times and partying we did leave our printing needs to the very last minute! We needed business cards for a big entertainment meeting that Mrs G had in London 36 hours later. We had 2 logo's (theater and TV, double sided) that were not in the right format (oh yes - I left the power supply for my PC at home - yikes!). No problem these friendly, hospitable and efficient people got the design finished and tested to our approval while we waited - and something like 45 minutes after walking in we walked out with 100 excellent business cards. Perfect - highly recommended!! Two big thumbs up.....

i have shopped at pennycress since they opened.i would recommend…read morethem to anybody.when i had an intermittent fault on my laptop they took the time to be patient and eventually fixed it using there skills.they even offered if it could not be fixed to give me a brand new one free.they have always been fair with there charges.and helped me with advice when i needed it.my son also buys from mike and matrin. i would not go anywhere else.thank you lads keep up the good work bill brown

Having arranged to take my phone in for repair the following day, I put it on charge overnight and slept soundly. Living in the countryside as I do, I am inundated by flies and moths at the moment. My cat thinks it's Christmas! She's a killer of extraordinary distinction! When I awoke I found that my phone had moved, the lead was dislodged and the screen, still shattered and being held in place by cling film, would only display a blank white screen when I pressed the refresh bottom. All the moths were gone and kitty looked wired.... Hmmm! So, I quickly had to scrap my original plan as Tony, from Unlock It UK, didn't have any of the digitizers in stock, (the correct Apple term for their LCD screen). This meant reverting back to the Phone Tek Nation option. Tony even suggested that I did this as he knows Dean at Phone Tek, and respects his work. As it transpired, Phone Tek still didn't have the spares from Apple, but they did have a second use screen with digitizer, and offered to sell it to me with installation included for £80! When I called I spoke to Ross instead of Dean, (the smiley guy in the photo), who actually does the iPhone repairs, he offered me this incredible price. A new one with installation costs £100. To cut a long story short I now have a fully functioning phone and it only took 1/2 an hour to fix. I have also been offered after service beyond the call of duty. They are going to sync my phone with my computer and upgrade the operating software for me. Excellent! (To read the preamble to this saga, check out my review about Unlock It UK).

Don't pay them anything!!!! I took an iphone 4 in for a 60 pound screen repair and when I got it…read moreback it did what ever it wanted so I took it back in. Then they had it for over two weeks and when I finally got it back it flickered, was misty and no one could here me in a call. I also payed 60 pounds!!! For the phone unlocking, and they said it would be done within two weeks. They did NOTHING!!! So I did it myself online for FREE!! I repeat, FREE!! And when I went in after 2 weeks to get a refund the monkey on the counter who had gone out and left a back in 5 minutes sign on the door (spelled wrong)! Got back after waiting in the cold for 10 minutes refused my money back!!! This isn't over phonetek. I'll get my money back in satisfaction!!!
