I was here severa years ago and definitely ready to give them another try. I was very happy I came back. There was ample parking in the lot and it was right off the main road next to CVS. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and checked in immediately. The front desk person was kind and helpful. A great start! They saw me quickly and the nurse and doctor were helpful and informative. I was evaluated quickly and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. My family and I will definitely come back here. The place is clean, quick, and efficient. Also I've heard great things about this location from friends.

We weren't sure what Highmark PCP would cover, said $15 for PCP but nothing for urgent care. Turns out it was only $15 for the urgent care as well. At the time we came there were only a couple people in the waiting room. We didn't have to wait too long. It was a a pleasant experience and we will continue to go back!

It just happened to be I had the same doctor on this day that I did two years ago. This doctor diagnosed properly 2 yrs ago and this day as well. He gave me prednisone as well as Doxy Clyde hydrate. This medicine worked to some degree this time around, however, I did not see an improvement throughout the night and could not sleep in any way shape or form because of hearing the wheezing in my lungs. I decided to use the remaining albuterol prior to going to sleep at night. This is what brought healing to my lungs In the long run. This albuterol was prescribed to me "last year". I did need albuterol to get rid of the wheezing. I do want to make a note. The nurse that took my vitals did not have good bedside manners was not very pleasant.

It felt like I was being rushed. my concern and the reason I am writing this is that they took a swab and had it sent out, told me to "go online to see results". My problem is that not everyone is capable of doing that. Example there were other patients in there that were Amish/Mennonite whom doesn't use these technologies. And then there are the elderly who do not. I never got a phone call with my diagnosis however the next day I got a email to say I had a bill. Getting the bill before my diagnosis was a little annoying to me. I am tech savvy and was able to see my result however, it said it wasn't read by the doctor yet and not too take it for being the actual result. Not just this place, but all places medical facilities, are becoming less attached to their work. With peoples lives in their hands it's not a comfortable feeling. This issue I am bringing up can be easily fixed with increasing their communications directly to the patient in a timely manner. I hope it gets better for all of us.

I immediately tried calling the office at 3:15 pm knowing they close at 3:30, but did not get an answer. I had to wait for the next day in pain to call them again for the Rx. Now, I get it, people make mistakes, but when dealing with peoples health and well being, mistakes can not be an option. I will continue to use Rothman and i hope that this review helps strengthen whatever policy (answering the phone) failed in this instance. I will ask for paper scripts as well in the future as a backup.
